Order Processing

Depending on the item(s) you purchase and the location to which the items will be delivered, different shipping methods will be available. Each shipping method has its own restrictions and charges that may be applied to your order. All in-stock items will be shipped upon receipt of your order. Orders placed before 1:00pm EST will be shipped out on the same day. Orders placed after 1:00pm EST will be shipped out on the following day with the exception of orders placed on Friday or during the weekend. Those orders will shipped out on the following Monday or next business day (if Monday is a holiday).

We will gladly take your merchandise back. We will honor less than acceptable products anytime. Enclosed in your delivered package is a pre-paid return label should you decide to do so.

To process your return properly, please include a completed Return Merchandise Form with your purchase order number (PO#) and a reason for returning your items. If you do not have your purchase order number, please provide the following information with your return: name, billing address, email address and phone number. Please pack and seal your parcel or box securely, use the original packaging and affix the printed FedEx return shipping label. Return packages are sent via FedEx Ground and can be dropped off at the USPS as well as at staffed FedEx and FedEx Office locations. We do not accept COD.

All returns are processed within 7-10 business days. You will be notified via email once your approved return has been received, inspected and processed.

Credits for returns will be issued back to the original form of payment and should appear on your bank account statement within 1-2 billing cycles. Please note that your banking institution may require additional days to process and post this transaction to your account once they have received the refund information from Maker & Company.
